How can I have him ask me out?

I'm 15 yrs. old and I like this guy that is 11 months younger than me....I've Bn tryin 2 go out with him since september....Now I know he likes me Bcause he's kissed me B4 but I went out w/1 of his friends last yr so he tells me that thats the only reason he can't go out w/me but they've both gone out w/alot of the same girls B4....And he also tells his friends that he doesn't like me but he told my best friend he loves me....Im crazy about him and i really wan2 B w/him even if my friends r against it....What should I do Bcuz I really like him and wa2 B his????
