Any local rappers with a positive message?

As a fan of hip-hop music, I realize the impact it is capable of both negatively and positively. There are very few artists these days who say something worth hearing in my opinion, and it would be a breath of fresh air to hear someone with a profound message. I'm in the Wilmington DE/Philadelphia region, and am looking to offer such an artist studio time free of charge. I feel there are so few artists like this simply because so few are given an opportunity. If you have the ability to effectively deliver a message you believe in, let me know!
