thats sounds like a good setup. i personally wouldn't add the frogs. the group of corys sounds good. try and get broad leaf plants such as amazon sword and java fern because bettas like to sleep on the leaves. the general rule for heaters are 50 watts per 10 gallons so a 50 watt heater will do fine.
