Help with my first college research paper, any help?

Ok. It's about my cover page. I'm working on a bio for one of my cles....Now If my cover page has a picture of the person I did my research on, is it correct to underline and put the first, and name of my person in bold in the center over the picture. Or is that incorrect when making a cover page. Please help, because I don't want any points taken off. Thanks.
