Is it creepy to give your crush a poem you wrote for him?

We talk fairly often, and I think I should be very straightforward with him about my feelings for him because he really can't take hints...its annoying. Anyway, I'm kind of crazy for him (not in a creepy way, I swear) and I have been for a while. Any tips or advice is very much appreciated. Please don't tease me.
