Sims 2 is driving me crazy.?

im really bored with the sims. i want the insiminator ive tried it out and i really dont know what the hell im doing ive read the instructions several times and i dont understand it. can someone please help me understand the thing and help me use it and download things. i really want to try to get my teen sim pregnant she has a A in school and a job im really bored with that. please help. if you have a sn for aim i could im you and you caan talk me threw it. once again please help
