How can I write in my own FSB speeds and vcore values in asus p5nt deluxe motherboard bios?

So far I used the AI overclock options (preset oc profiles) from the bios cuz im kinda new to oc ing but now I want to try sth more serious by tweaking it myself. I have basic understanding of overclocking in some areas more understanding so far so I really need some tips pls. but my most important questions are the one mentioned above and also If I set fsb speed, multiplier or vcore value or sth else too high or low, will that cause damage to my hardware or it just wont boot and stuff? thx.
