Iam in love with my ex no exageration i think about him 24 hours a day and its making me ill?

last night i couldnt sleep at all because i went to bed worrying about him and who he may be with and what they could be doing together plus 10000 other things and now ive been up 48 hours without a seconds sleep.Im in love with him so much but i cant be callin and texing him begging and pleading and looking desperate,hell think im obssessed im too chiken to call him so iv chosen to just leave it and going silently crazy(well my friends are suffering) i dont know what to do please help
